"The Third Eye" is a very interesting read on a topic that I didn't know much about. This book covers the concept of the Third Eye throughout history, its connection to the pineal gland, as well as different strategies to open up the Third Eye. It would be interesting to see if the use of these strategies would in fact open up our 'other' senses. At the very least, I think putting into action some of the practices outlined in this book would lead to an increased self-awareness, which is always beneficial.

Many old civilizations speak of a “third eye” and it is a very interesting subject, the possibility that every one of us has potential to grow his or hers abilities far beyond what we have now is very attractive. This book does a good job explaining what the third eye is and what it could do for humanity.
This book is for anyone that wants a better understanding of your pineal gland and your third eye. I have used some of the exercises in this book and am very impressed with how they work. It is a definite read, get ready for the knowledge you have always wanted!!
Malini's The Third Eye was a helpful book for beginners. It goes into the history of the 3rd Eye and also provides tips on how prevent damage to the pineal gland and explains what that mystical gland is all about. I discovered how more useful Melatonin then I expected! This book also cover different ways to open your 3rd eye, my favorite was through the sound and music!
I have always been fascinated by the unexplainable world, the third eye is one of them. That's why when I saw this book, I got easily attracted to it.
